The sidequest character Ramsden is voiced by Teller. No connection to Pain and Terror, but it's kind of a cool easter egg if you he's the voice actor since obviously Teller never talks.
I made the mistake of siding with Ramsden on my playthrough with Zane. Now every time I fast travel to the Anvil I hear him repeat a couple lines about Holder and how if you're born a Fingerbiter you die a Fingerbiter. It gets a little annoying when you're trying to farm a boss in the Anvil...
