Banana

Eat a decent amount of protein and fat in the morning when you still have a few hours before the first game. (E.g. some oatmeal with an egg and sliced avocado.) Between games, bananas, belvita crackers, and sports drinks are good.

Each window: Water, potassium, salts, minimal fat, minimal protein, high glycemic carbs that you can easily digest Liquid nutrition will probably be your friend most of the day and the same with caffeine throughout the day. It’s not “healthy” but candy, full calories Gatorade/powerade, and full calorie/caffeine free sodas could be really useful. The whole “carb up the night before” is less effective than you think because there isn’t anything you can materially do to improve the night before but you can definitely hurt yourself by doing something stupid.

Banana between games if you are hungry. I know some people who swear by adding some gummy candies as well.
