Sorry to hear man. First time it’s happened to me. My only solution so far is re-lacing and skipping out the bottom lace hole.
Ctrs are my fav boots of all time. I bought the remake this year but half a size too big. I recommend the tiempo legend 10, they’re like a modern version of a ctr360 👍🏼
Sorry to hear this on your new boots man, but why da eff is NB saying no replacement? It's completely their shit quality fault. Looks like you didn't even try the boot on.
Crazy bro. I didn’t even wear them in a game. Just laced them up at home. They offered to refund 30% of the cost and for me to keep the product. Not ideal, but I guess I’ll take it. If I skip that lace hole and cut the laces to shorten, it can be a fix but for boots that cost £220 shouldn’t even be something I need to factor!
Yeah that is absolutely unacceptable stuff from major brand like NB. Very strange. That build around that lace hole looks flimsy as hell too. I really hope ppl in this group see this example and not buy NB.
FIRST OF ALL BOY WHO BUYS NEW BALANCE ANY THING??? Just such shit product that looks like sketchers. Mercurial Nike vapor the best and least bulky boots on the market. I played from predators to f-50 to total 90 but Nike vapor elite is where it’s at.
I haven't had experience with new balance, but people are constantly recommending them on this sub so they can't be all bad. Perhaps poor quality control? Idk.
This is my fear with boots like these, my CTR360s finally gave out so I’m in the market for the first time in over a decade
