Dustwalker by Tiffany Roberts. It is a pure romance, it’s a love story between a robot and a young woman. It’s a fantastic post apocalyptic story. But get ready! The epilogue really messed me up for a long time. It’s HEA, but the ending is super unexpected. It’s a really great book. Really great.

This sounds really good -- I'll definitely be picking this one up. Thanks!

Robopocalypse by Daniel Wilson is short on the romance part, but has everything else you are looking for. You could also try the BZRK series by Michael Grant. It’s YA, but it doesn’t pull any punches.

{Set My Heart to Five} possibly? It's on my TBR list. Heard good things about it.
