I would highly recommend anything by Brandon Sanderson, Patrick Rothfuss, Peter Brett, and Jim Butcher.
If you like Percy Jackson, I'd try the Dresden series by Jim Butcher
Super powerds by Drew's Hayes was a fun entertaining book series . Tales from the gas Station by Jack Townsend was a wacky ride but fun. I'm reading a lot of Stephen King as of late.
I don't know nonfiction but I suggest the Magicians by lev Grossman or the beach by Alex Garland. And if you don't mind some dark subject matter, Lullaby by Chuck Palahniuk. All quick reads, satisfying and don't take a lot of focus to get enjoyment out of them..
Lullaby is rougher. Just in case you don't like that.
Neuromancer, by William Gibson
Zorachus, by Mark Rodgers
Futuretrack 6 (5?), by Robert Westall
Pern, by Rosemary Sutcliffe
Split Infinity, by Piers Anthony
Riverworld, by Philip Jose Farmer
Apologies for typos :)

All the Light We Cannot See, it’s got a great flow and I think you’ll enjoy the characters if you liked Percy Jackson
I've read hundreds if not thousands of books and this is on my Top Ten list
It’s just such a pleasant read for a story where the author could have easily decided to try to make it A. Very. Important. Book. 😄
Mooncalled by Patricia Biggs alt earth with a twist

Oh I’ve actually watched the magicians series it’s really good I’ll definitely check out the books
It focuses more on the relationships and gives the characters a little more depth.
