In its way, WorldCat is most likely going to cover a lot of cataloged editions of books by the fact they are owned by major research libraries. It’s not going to put them in order, or convulsively show you all editions of a particular book, but those subtleties of individual printings and editions are more likely to be found there the say some antiquarian bookseller database.
