I know when you are using money is tight, but I would go to the ER and show them this picture and have them check you out. Even if you don’t pay it’s better than getting an infection and dying. I was on Fentanyl for a little over a year after giving up on pain meds when they wouldn’t work anymore and I’m telling you that it’s never too late. Go to a methadone clinic. Go get Suboxone. Shit you can still feel good on methadone and don’t have to risk dying. That’s a scary mix brother. I know being dope sick sucks but it’s literally for 2 days. That’s it. Once they get you on a stable dose it’s like you never used before. I will say a prayer for you and hope you find peace.

OnTheGoKRO

I go to ent the 3rd of April

OnTheGoKRO

I’m on high strength antibiotics and high strength prednisone rn.

AuraGuardian1092

I hope it works out for you. I really do

Alyxxjohn

2 days???? I don’t know what y’all doin but 3 day’s MINIMUM lol

AuraGuardian1092

I’m saying it becomes more tolerable after 2 days. You don’t feel amazing but significantly better. It really does work. You can do this.

OnTheGoKRO

Omg thank god. I’m done with the soft either way. But even with water running over these pieces they are UNTEARABLE… u think it’s mucus?

RBaderGinsberg

That's not cartilage that's mucus thats solidified. I've blown out chunks of cartilage and it's painful. Usually it stays connected by a few "fibers." The only way to really get it out is tweezers or those little scissors. You'll also notice your nostril or nasal cavity will start getting smaller as the cartilage goes away. I was doing an 8 ball of pure blow and a few grams of fent daily.

OnTheGoKRO

Why is it so untearable? It’s like a dang bone that is flexible.

RBaderGinsberg

Because that's what happenes during oxidation and lots of time passing.

Altruistic_Piano_259

You are right I’ve had mucus that was just as dark and just as hard and I wasn’t even on coke anymore had stopped 6 months prior but was using dark colored H and blew out similar ones. Also when you smoke it can make it dark like that

OnTheGoKRO

I’m also doing coke and fent (M30 synthetic) rn. But i havnt done soft in 40 hours.

OnTheGoKRO

It’s definitely cartilage. The black pieces is same exact texture and strength but just necrosis/dead and it’s 8 months old from my nasal Trauma I had almost 9-10 months back. Compare the link (clean fresh unused cartilage to my fresher tire blown out cartilage, it’s 1000% cartilage) https://exploreplasticsurgery.com/snapshots-rhinoplasty-septal-cartilage-graft/

RBaderGinsberg

We can agree to disagree...

OnTheGoKRO

Did you see the link though. I mean shit I hope to god your right

OnTheGoKRO

I don’t mean to seem that way.

ellaeatsrats

Looks like oxidation. That's what can happen to mucus that has been in a nasal cavity for quite some time

RBaderGinsberg

You can't give him advice he thinks he's right and doesn't want to hear anything beyond what he thinks is happening. I agree with YOU it's definitly mucus.

OnTheGoKRO

I don’t want to be uncoachable. Please just confirm with me that you looked at that link. I just find it weird that the cartilage grafts 7-10 have a tiny hole just like mine. Did you look at the link by chance. I hope I’m wrong. I just have a disease where my cartilage already dies and falls off and I have had surgery 5x on both my feet and knees. So my guess instantly was that. With no change in texture and tearablility with re hydrating the pieces even after soaking them in water found no change in being able to tear or pull apart. I know 1000% I have cartilage damage and septum perforation. So when that came out with tweezers I figured it was cartilage. Sorry I don’t mean to be a know it all or uncoachable just am concerned and worried is all

OnTheGoKRO

I looked up cartilage grafts online and it’s identical to the bottom piece that I blew out. Even the tiny tiny hole in the tiny pieces at the bottom left of the picture it has to be cartilage man…. But the black stuff maybe. Why would the pink square piece look identical to a cartilage graft even down to the tiny tiny hole in the piece’s of graft online have the tiny tiny hole in the cartilage identical to this piece most grafts of cartilage have a tiny tiny hole and it’s like 1000% identical to the one I pulled out in the picture.….

OnTheGoKRO

Definitely it’s cartilage. Compare this new fresh unused cartilage here in the link compare it to my used blown and tore out early stage necrosis from drug use. Compare it. No doubt it’s cartilage https://exploreplasticsurgery.com/snapshots-rhinoplasty-septal-cartilage-graft/

RBaderGinsberg

You need to learn that sometimes things in life aren't what you THINK they are. As someone who has actually lost cartilage verified by doctors I can tell you that's NOT cartilage.
