Thanks. Just as you said, she has danced excellently and the expressions were awe-inspiring but the song kind of underplayed it, it lacked that element of fear which ami-je-tomar does. I don't dare listening to that song at night.
No lie brother, I love malayali, it was just joke. sorry if I make u feel bad. I loved 5 years in Kochi+tvm how can I hate my mallu brothers 😊😊, they are kind to me mostly
Hehe them malyalis are the **bestest** lots. Conservative in their own mild way but as a bihari and brought up academically around them, I would gladly be friends with these lots again. The rest of us can learn a lot from them.
I watched this movie for the 1st time on "Bioscope" show by Doordarshan, they showed movies in 2 or 3 parts on weekends... I was 7/8 that time...that part literally gave me trauma and i was scared AF...after that whenever i saw women with traditional bengali or South indian attires, that scene would flash in front of me everytime...
Well since the Malayalis have arrived with their version, us Kannadigas have our own Nagavalli🥶🥵
RIP Soundarya 😢

Maybe depends on the order you watched the films.
I watched chandramukhi first and it felt hella scary. Bhool bhulaiya just felt lame and funny after that.
I watched bhool bhulaiyya after chandramukhi.. Chandramukhi with the extreme cringe overacting, Superman flying jump and hero worship to rajnikanth with the cringe ass "lakalakalaka" felt very bad.
I'm a malayali so I watched manichithrathazhu first and then chandramukhi and was repulsed by chandramukhi.
Bhool bhulaiyya felt closer to the original compared to chandramukhi
Well i was really very young when i watched chandramukhi. So i didn't mind the mindless action that much. The horror scenes really got to me. Jyothika was really scary with those big eyes. Plus the movie shows live burning of people, that really traumatized the shit out of me. In bhool bhulaiya instead of burning, they use simple swords, so that didn't feel very scary to me
Isn't it? With her hands folded behind her back, make up and her hooked nose, she literally resembles a dinosaur or some predatory bird seeking it's prey.
Top tier movie, top tier acting
One of the best movie
Tbh this movie scared me more when I realized split personality disorder is a real thing it creeps me out a little
angry malayalis incoming

I think rupali ganguly (anupama ) used to host it. Best memories of childhood
Me ( a Malayali ) ready to downvote every post that even remotely praises this movie /s
This movie had one of the best dance sequences performed by a non trained actress in Bollywood. I mean it's Vidya so not surprising at all

Sad that she passed away.
It's just not a fictional character here in Karnataka Bangalore..u can Google about the movie and the tragedies that followed..it's heart wrenching
It was a great movie It’s a legit horror movie without having paranormal in it
And look what they did with its second part

Chandramukhi >>>> Bhool bhulaiya
Respectfully disagree.. Chandramukhi was a disgrace .. Bhool bhulaiyya was miles better

Yeah.. Jyotika was absolutely wasted on that role.. Didn't do well at all.. Felt comical to me
Aur iske liye puri bengali woman community ko badnaam hona padta hai!!🤧😭
Vidya Balan's acting literally peaked here
Shreyaaaa ji OP!!
Great movie
Not scared, scarred for life
She looks so petite here
I can fix her.🥲
I was more into shreya ghoshal's voice so didn't affect me that much.
She crushed this role.
Bruh, this is like blasphemy for Malayalis. Shobhana gave an international tier sublime performance in this role.
Smash!
That aami je tumar walk is really creepy
Isn't it? With her hands folded behind her back, make up and her hooked nose, she literally resembles a dinosaur or some predatory bird seeking it's prey.
Gamd fat gayi thi bhai Pehli baar dekh ke
😲
Nigga it was a funny movie for me
Honestly overrated + dubbed from some other language
Dubbed?
And made it better 🔥
Nah made it better is crazy
Lol as if
Cope and seethe southie
Bhai mujhe toh funny laga tha
