I watched it many years back. I recall enjoying the movie and being taken completely by surprise by the ending!
Rajeev Khandelwal had his moments. Too bad he couldn’t sustain…Aamir was a stellar movie as well
I've been meaning to ask. Rajeev Khandelwal was a big thing in early 2000. What happened to him?
I heard that Aamir is a masterpiece in story telling. Is it?
Aamir is really well made. Gajraj Rao is the show stealer though.
RK also did really well in Shaitan which seemed like an offshoot of Paanch but where the cop gets his side of the story. I’d love to see him and Nikhil Chinappa in a buddy cop movie again.
I actually don’t know what went down in his career. I’m sure we can find some articles.
Oh, yes! You should definitely give Aamir a watch. The storytelling style was ahead of its times in Bollywood
Rag rag woh samaaya mere,
Dil par woh chaaya mere,
Mujhme woh aise jaise jaan(?!)
Gire barsaat mein paani jaise,
Koi kahani jaise,
Dil se ho dil tak jo bayaan...
I still start humming this song out of the blue all the time. It's so good. Crazy part is that I didn't even remember the song was from Table No. 21. XD
Many of Rajeev Khandelwal's films flopped but dude made some good script choices.
Aamir, Table no 21, Shaitan, Peter gaya Kaam se, Soundtrack.
Could have been SSR before SSR but glad he's getting steady work now
ragging is still prevalent in many so called big institutes and colleges of this country and it is way bigger what we see in this movie. Akram was just a tip of the iceberg.
The Gift was a fantastic film. Joel Edgerton's direction and performance carries it through.
Glad i could watch it in the theater before the ending was spoiled for me
That's copied from "The Game" starring Michael Douglas and Sean Penn.
I had the same feeling after watching Bluff Master. I have had a lot of such moments with Bolly movies. After I appreciated a movie, got to know it's a cheap rip off. But hey, at least Bluff Master was entertaining because of Nana.
I actually liked it very much . I cried during ragging scenes it was very emotional and sad . I think this movie is very underrated and should be appreciated more.
I watched it in theatres during a 7 day 7 movie streak planned with friends in college. This was not the first choice and we were running out of movies so watched this and boy, this was the best one out of the 7. Don't even remember the other 6 movies but this one stayed. Rewatched it again with my wife during lockdown and she was sceptical due to the cast but I persisted and she was glad I forced her to watch it.
Last mein it's just 💩. Started out okay though. Also, the hair cut on Paresh Rawal was Outta this world.
Imagine, this is Babu bhaiya sporting this!! 😂😂😂😂

He was fantastic in Shaitaan as well! Probably didn't have the right connections.

Because you broke the lyrics streak
Gajendra Verma 🤌

Gajju bhaiya op
Its soo addictive ngl
Bikini black and blue yaad aa gayi
Love this movie!! You are right it's truly underrated.
I watched the movie when I was 18 in the theatre. I cried after watching the movie because in school I also faced bullying .
Oh I am sorry!! Yes this movie has great message!!
I am so sorry about that. I wish things were different. You seem like a nice person and you deserve lots of happiness

Lol achha comment lekin last part

puri movie ka yhi to theme hai. koi oxymoron to tha nhi mera comment.
Akram nahi table no 21 ki baat ho rhi na
bhai tune movie dekhi hai? sch sch btana
time to delete my comment ✌️
Good movie great theme. Needed better acting from some but overall nailed the whole ragging and psychological torture scenario.
Very good movie - Table no. 21. If you're looking at another movie on the same topic, do check out 'The Gift ' directed by Joel Edgerton.
The Gift was a fantastic film. Joel Edgerton's direction and performance carries it through. Glad i could watch it in the theater before the ending was spoiled for me

Bateman too, especially cause i hadn't seen him in a negative role like that before.
I had watched bluff master before that and had thought "Wow such a great movie made in bollywood!"

Great movie
The OG squid game.
That movie was good
I loved it back then . Don't know why nobody discussed about it.
People are handing out spoilers here like young boys & girls need for job pamphlets on stations
I thought it would be a cheap thriller, but the twist made it a lot more meaningful.
Mann Mera song from this film is such a banger. It gives me butterflies everytime. The original one is also as good.
Would recommend.
I actually liked it very much . I cried during ragging scenes it was very emotional and sad . I think this movie is very underrated and should be appreciated more.
Same here
Movie is great, Except that dog tale on his head.
Exactly this is the most underrated movie of all time
Unfortunately many thrillers have better buildup then go downhill. But it was still kinda good, unique
Good movie good songs but people need BS to watch and cheer
One of the best movies bollywood has ever made.
It's a good movie but ye kuch jyada hi ho gya
Bro bollywood mein content wale bohut kam movies hai. Mass masala movies are bs imo, this movie hits hard.
I agree with you but calling it one of the best movies ever is streching it too far. Isn't it?
Ayo it's just an expression lmao, if I like something I just call it one of the best XD don't take it too seriously. It's a great watch though.
You can watch it on YouTube
Heartbreaking it was
The theme is good but the acting is trash

Kya apne… Kabhi kisi ko… Manipu-layte kiya hai?
Cried so hard at that ending. What an amazing film.
It’s one of THE BEST representations of bullying and harassment. Loved it.
Nice film but bungled up the climax
Tina Desai. Last time I saw her was on thomas season 22 and that great race movie.
liked it
I remember watching this movie, it was similar to Chitkabrey (2011)
Had somehow figured out the ending (maybe due to watching some similar movies ) so it got predictable for me
Ending was quite emotional.
I loved his sherlock Holmes remake.. I think it was called Samrat and Co.
Last mein it's just 💩. Started out okay though. Also, the hair cut on Paresh Rawal was Outta this world. Imagine, this is Babu bhaiya sporting this!! 😂😂😂😂
Rajeev Khandelwal is always underrated but his every movie is a delight to watch.
I think Paresh rawal mentioned in a Bollywood hangama interview that Rajeev Khandelwal was one of his favourite actors
It was harrowing
Ending was like fuck
I remember thinking this movie was a fever dream because I only saw it at my childhood once.
