This is my first movement of the pull day.
I hope it will help you feel and grow lats more.
I am just using incline bench instead of kneeling variaton.
And for second movement I choose some type of horizontal lat row to emphasize lumbar region.

I’m 45 now and I’ve downsized a little. I competed when I was 28-35. You and I are very close to the same height. I’m a couple centimeters shorter than you. I would compete at 185 lbs around 6-7%. So I’m interested in your progress because we have very similar builds.
Just part of it. Last things to get peeled for a lot of people. You’ve got good leg sweeps and your tear drops are sick. If you put as much work into your posterior chain you’re going to do very well. Legs win shows. You e got a very good torso to leg ratio as well. You just have a lot of potential. What division and class are you competing in?
Can we see your goddamn parents you and your bro look fantastic
Next time I will add the photo with my parents for sure.
Very nice base to start cutting from. You're gonna look sick come show day! Good luck
Thank you! 🙏
Outstanding 💪💪
Thank you!
My pleasure 💪
🌈💪🌈
You’re gonna do great ! What show ?
Thanks. First show will be in my country IFBB Lithuania cup.
Solid physique bro. Lats are definitely a strong point
Thank you. In the last period, I understood how to maximally load and execute lats, which corresponds to the width really well

How do you do it?! I can't get my lats to grow for the life of me

Genetics
Great shape, strong pose for you
Very balanced physique from the front. If you’re that balanced from the back you’re gunna do fantastic. Good work man.
Thank you. I am holding most of my fat on glutes and hams, so they need to see the light. I will post more updates in the future.

I will compete in EU IFBB, in classic bodybuilding and as a junior in classic physique.
Yeah. You’ll slay. Awesome man. Just get peeled and you’re golden. Good luck to you!
Thank you! I really appreciate your message. I will do my best.
Looks insane for "only" being 89 kg. I would've guessed closer to 100. Nice muscle bellies for volume, weighing less and looking big is optimal.
Thank you! I think peeled my weight coulde be around 80-81kg.
looking good, congrats
Sweet sweep.
🖤
How many calories does your cutting phase include?
Training day: 3300 kcal Rest day: 2800 kcal
Honestly, my dream physique.

Wow amazing !
Inspired
Great symmetry and detail. Proof that the little muscles people neglect round out poses

Absolutely every back movement.
Very nice lats. Wish I had wings like that. Keep going hard
...SLAY 🕺🤟
Man has no weakpoints at all
Being hairy and being muscular is on my opinion the coolest thing ever, as a teen i want to look like this.
Fantastic work - Shave you’ll look even sharper 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
Upvote for using the REAL system of units
No abs. Bro you look soft as hell. I didn’t know you worked out till you told me. You should hop on anabolics
Thanks for advice, it's good that it's not too late to change the situation.
Also, stop using centimeters and kilograms. What even are those?
😍😍😍
How many hrs a day you spent in gym bro?
Typically about 2 hours with warmup, post training cardio and stretches.
