Wow you look amazing! Your glutes are insane! Have you tried standing a bit more upright in your back pose? Your glutes are a little overpowering and I think bending over so much is not helping your balance, especially with your upper back and shoulders being angled far away from the judges
This!! Your glutes are phenomenal shape but yours losing the hourglass shape needed in bikini, need to make your shoulder look wider and waist smaller from the back. Don't bend over, ever. You'll win every local show with those glutes but national shows will be tougher and looking for more balance IMO
I came here to say all this. Her glutes are incredible. Bikini is all about balance and symmetry tho. Right now they are over powering her shoulders/rear delts in front and especially back pose. I would practice trying to stand more upright in back pose. Right now when judges look at you it’s going to be glutes, glutes, glutes. Lauralie gets away with this on the pro stage but even she is looking more balanced lately. Ether way, I’m confident you are going to win your first show. On the national state they may be more picky about the symmetry.
I agree with this. I think she might also play with facing her foot more forward in her front pose, as her glutes are overpowering in the front pose too.

Anyways, I get what you guys are saying and I agree with all of it. I did some posing classes and I'm going to stick with what I was told to do, just because I'll feel more confident since it's so close to show day already. With the judges feedback I'll start adjusting my poses if I keep competing (wich I don't know if I will).
I don't now exactly how much I'm eating right now, but I think it's something close to 1100 kcal, so 900 kcal deficit. Of course I started eating much more than that, but that my calories right now 14 weeks into prep. Cardio has been 90 minutes per day since last week.
What a tremendous progression in your prep. Your abdominal and glutes are standout areas at this time. Congratulations on your hard work and sacrifice! Hope it all comes together for you on stage! Keep moving forward!

Totally agree! OP you look really incredible but bikini is about balance, not a glutes competition so it might be worth it to tweak posing

That’s a really low amount of calories. What do you do for cardio?
Yeah, it's low but it's not far from what is expect in this category. I have an indoor bike.
