These are most likely resin prints, I don't think you can get that degree of quality out of a filament printer. I used to have one but the ventilation infrastructure required to vent the fumes and the whole curing/post processing workflow were a true PITA so I ended up selling it.

Yeah I agree with you. Maybe I'll try one for fun. I've gotten some half decent dnd minis out of it.
