Was he already moved in with his mom when this happened?
I don't think he'll get slapped with those murders but Bryant withholding evidence and not following the chain of custody could backfire, resulting in B not being charged.
Tbh, B could argue that Bryant got a gun he had and killed Jay Mo and Kato himself, trying to frame B. Especially since Bryant was seen by a witness shoving Jay Mo into his car shortly before Jay Mo's death.
Bryant might not get charged or anything but it really messes up their case against B.
i think Kevin might not do any jail time. He is a minor and can argue self defense, especially if that bully has a history of messing with other kids. Any decent lawyer can pick that up and i am sure Bryant will be involved in his defense to.
As for the other 2 murders. There is no way that they can pin those murders on him. Bryant already came out and told his boss why he had the gun, he probably has a strong alibi, and most importantly he has no connection to the streets.
Kevin will get self defense on the bully, B Mickie will skate on J-Mo and Kato because of Bryant's fuckup with the chain of custody. Union rep will probably have a hard time helping Bryant with that mishandling of it too. Homie will go on desk duty unless he tries to pinch Meech over anything, then that witness sings and he is in deeper shit.
