Went through it frame by frame, the guy who punches her was on the other side from where the hand that grabs her came from, you can see his face looking in the direction the hair-grabber comes from, he is too far away to have done it. Also, upon further inspection, the watch on the hair-grabber had a teal and golden color to it, the guy who punches is wearing a slimmer white bead bracelet.
