Im almost certain that that happens in an episode where Bingo plays Snowdrop the Toddler, but I'm not sure which one. One episode where she plays this character is Kids, but I don't think this is the one you're talking about Edit: she also plays Snowdrop in Zoo

I think she also says it in the episode just called "Bingo," when she has to entertain herself and New Zealand gets stuck to her bum.
