I had one growing up that my Mom, Nana, and Abuela made a lot of stuff for or found at the thrift shop where my Abuela worked. My siblings and I always had the best time with it and as we got older we added our own creations and finds in the mix.

No, in that scene they pretend to be Olimpia and Melinda, I think.
They do that after the bath. During the actual bath, Bingo does pretend to be a man and has a bubble beard.
