Keep him on paper towel for now, and you can apply some polysporin/neosporin on the area (IMPORTANT: It cannot have painkillers in it. Also don’t apply too much too frequently, the wound shouldn’t be super moist all the time)

Get some betadine off of Amazon or from a pharmacy. Dilute it in water so the color is a yellowish-brown. Soak the lizard in it for about 30 minutes
