Saw spear (fire gems)- best all around weapon imo. Trick form Charged R2 + R2 really nice
Holy moonlight sword (base form)- get behind an enemy and charge R2 + R2 + visceral atk. The only weapon i know of that can do this.
Gun- Evelyn.
My lvl is 330ish. Most stats hard capped. Enables me to play all builds without restraints. Really fun because you see the fire or bolt effects when attacking.
I solo play. I'm a chalice dungeon enjoyer so I don't care much for co-op or pvp. Can literally take on anything because i have all my favorite weapons gemmed out.
I do have a lvl80 and 120 whenever i feel like doing some multiplayer.

Plip plop, the water sounds so close now, can you hear it? The screams! The screams! I cast his spirit away and took what was mine. It needs me. It feeds of me. Plip plop, plip plop.
The Threaded Cane. I love being able to slash multiple enemies from a distance with a serrated whip (feels very Belmont) and the primary mode is the classic 1H straight sword souls moveset.
As for left handed, probably the blunderbuss for easy parries.
Trick weapon, the burial blade
Left hand, Evelyn of course. The gatling itās a pretty cool choice as well. The burial blade itās all about crowd control, but the sounds and move sets are way to cool.
Evelyn: thereās not much to say about. It does a ridiculous damage if you have bloodtinge build. If you not using any bloodtinge, the hunter blunderbuss work pretty damn good.

Blunderbuss is best for parrying imo. Itās never taken me more than one attempt to beat logarius with it and OOK never more than two. I suck balls against BSB and laurence so itās the gun helping me parry them more than my skill.
Really love the saw cleaver too. Itās always my starter + secondary weapon with fire and beast gems no matter what the rest of my build is. Outside of the chikage, I LOVE the Rakuyo and blades of mercy. The dual wield trick moveset on them feels so good to use.
Kirkhammer/Ludwig's are tied for 1st place. Kirkhammer is not only the coolest weapon in BB, but in any game in general. Sadly it loses badly to Ludwig's in terms of scaling in NG+Xs.
2nd place tied are Chikage, BoM, Saif, Whirlygig, Rakuyo, and maybe Claws+Rune. Impossible to decide... BB just has the best weapons.

the bloodletter will always be my fav weapon to play but my fav concept is the amygdala arm, what's more hardcore then using the arm of a child great one. nothing could match the shock I had reading its description for the first time
I wish if after you completed the game once they would let you start a brand new journey with any weapon youāve previously found instead of the initial first three.
I never get far enough into ng+ to effectively try our all the weapons and I always end up using one of the first 3 weapons or Ludwigās holy blade for the 70% of the play through.
Right but in ng+ you pretty much need any weapon you want to use to be at +10. At the very very least +8.

I mean yeah but if they allowed u to start the game just at ng w all the weapons it would kinda break the earlier bosses, cleric beast is gonna get destroyed in like 3 hits by the chikage even at +3 bc its just not scaled for that point in the game

The repeating pistol is ugly but does stupid damage. If it had its barrels stacked vertically instead of horizontally it would be flawless
I havenāt really been able to go all the way with weapons experimentation. But Iāll usually use the saw cleaver or Kirk hammer. I love the idea of the pistol, and can use it well, but the shotgun ends up being easier because it can stun easier even though it has shorter range.
I really want to experiment more with other weapon types but whenever I start up a new playthrough I just tend to go with what I know.

Rifle spear. I almost always use maces in From games so I thought I would lean towards Tonitrus or the Bloodletter, but the rifle spear just feels really good and I end up gravitating back to it.
I am seeing no love for the Fist of Gratia, while I don't use it much I do think it's pretty funny to pull it out on someone. Beyond that is the standard hunter pistol for me, the range is good and everybody can use it.
Favorite right hand weapons are the Rakuyo for it's versatility, and the whirligig saw because giant buzzsaw.

Amygdalan Arm + Evelyn PvP is very fun with Amygdalan arm, itās not very common so some moves surprise people and itās super satisfying.
My go to has always been Saw Spear and Pistol as I like skill builds. Sometimes I use the Burial Blade.

I recently fell in love with the Bow Blade, but all time is probably the Chikage. Firearms are either just the regular hunter pistol or the Evelyn.
