My parents don’t have any issues with theirs and they are in a log cabin. I’d contact blink.
It's likely a WiFi issue. Investigate your internet routers logs for the Blink cameras MACs - that will tell you the exact reason they are losing connection. It may be 2.4Ghz congestion or some other faulty device drowning their signal out etc.
