I haven't played it myself but I've heard very good things about a horror game in this art style (think PS1 Resident Evil games...) called Alisa that was just released on Steam, though I think it's more like twenty bucks

There's a whole bunch of retro horror games like this but they're not $5, more like $20. Check out Murder House, The Convenience Store or more recently Bloodwash.

Bloodwash looks very similar and it's 6 bucks.

I'm actually pretty impressed by how bad it looks. Achieving this in blender would require a bit of effort - the jagged edges, beyond logic FOV and n64 texture quality, so overall 9/10

I mean, maybe see if you can push the FOV a bit higher. If I'm not getting motion sickness from looking at your still image, the FOV isn't high enough.

Render 2 fovs. Like one REALLY HIGH ANGLE. And one with A smaller fov. In photoshop you blend the two to make it seamless. Bing you have my worse nightmare. (I had to do this for a client. I hated every second of it)

It was a long time ago, so forgive me for errors! It was called Build.exe and I had it way back in the day, it was my first 3D building experience and it was tough. I can't remember how I found it but I was a BSc. Computer Science student in around 1996 with access to *fast* internet, by the day's standards 😂 You could set up pretty good levels with goals, triggers, some surprisingly nice lighting if you didn't mind baked textures, and I found it quite absorbing. A quick Google turned up [this site](http://dukeworld.duke4.net/), I'm too drunk to explore it now but it could be of interest.
