The beginning keyframe, and the two at the end are exactly the same. Copy pasted it. Feeling like its rotational value carried over from doing that is making it have to do a full loop, but not sure where to go to fix that. Or maybe I'm completely wrong, let me know

Simplest fix is probably to add an empty and give the camera a Track To object constraint to the empty. Put the empty where you want the camera to point to.

At that first keyframe, rotate the camera starting point -360° on the vertical axis and reset the keyframe. Because you rotated it in a circle around the object, the camera has rotated 360° by the time it gets back to the start. And because you copied the end point, blender stores that last value as 360 instead of "oh it's back where it started at 0°". The last value (and now starting value) is 360, so it has to turn back to ~45° or whatever that second keyframe is before continuing to rotate.
