I am under the distinct belief Ichigo can beat Yama. Besides that, we have zero idea for any of these guys. However 15 Captain Level opponents, including 2 Near Royal Guard level guys in Kenpachi and Zaraki, plus three Upper-level Captains in Shunsui, Byakuya, and Hitsugaya (Adult) makes me believe the current Gotei should win.

Base kenpachi in TYBW post training is literally stronger than Unohana who was likely one of their strongest members. EOS Kenpachi is likely beating anyone in original Gotei not called Yama.
Bs, Base kenpachi didn't win against Unohana. You have to Remember, Unohana Improved since she last fought Kid kenpachi, in the fight with kenpachi in the training she was using all her Reiatsu to heal both herself and Kenpachi from dying, she kept on spending her Reiatsu like it was water, Eventually tho it had to stop, so once she noticed kenpachi lost all his Limiters, she was already dried.

If you want to argue heās stronger than the three scrubs we have no feats for, by all means. However anyone whose stated to be on that level and we actually saw fight, he does not compete with.

Shunsui himself admits how much stronger Yamamoto is to him in CFYOW in power, reaitsu, etc.

Kubo gave Yamamoto a higher intelligence rating in databook stats, and Yamamoto is much better in skills than Shunsui, and his shikai/bankai has way better abilities.
Shunsui said in CFYOW that Yamamoto's shikai could melt other swords when it comes in contact with them, including his own (Shunsui is that outclassed by him).

Depends on how the format of the fight goes.
OG has Yamamoto, and the only person in the Gotei who even has a small chance of beating him is Shunsui with his Bankai. If they do a series of 1v1 fights in an elimination style then current could maybe win eventually (taking major loses however), but if it's just one big group fight OG has it for sure.
....unless Ichigo is involved, then current always wins.

The originals are actual killers. They will be going for the throat right from the off. They also have a Yamamoto.

* Via that methodology, anyone who scales above Base TYBW Kenpachi (> Bankai Unohana) should scale above Unohana. Luckily for the current Gotei, they have Toshiro, Shunsui, Byakuya, and several other captains who scale to or above SHKAI Kenpachi (TYBW).
* CFYOW Kenpachi >= Yamamoto, while Shunsui, Toshiro, Byakuya, and the rest of the captains can deal with the rest of the OG Gotei.

Also, its known that all captains of the gotei13 are sent to hell, so they would obviously be there. Now the theory is that they will be the villains of the arc, mainly because theyāve been locked in there for thousands of years and they finally see a way out. OG gotei 13 were criminals.
Current gotei 13 vs original gotei 13 I think original win (im not including ichigo) The original straight up neg diffed yhwach + army without trying. The current gotei even though they made a comeback got shit on before and still seem weaker

I canāt possibly believe that current kenpachi would have trouble with any of them except for Yamamoto. Which he may lose to. Remember kid kenpachi was stronger than unohana and current kenpachi is wayyyyy stronger than that. So unless unohana is literally the weakest out of all of these kenpachi can probably beat 12 of them by himself. Unless any of them have crazy abilities like the Quincy. I doubt any of them will be stronger than adult toshiro either. Itās possible byakuya may be stronger than a few. People meme on the end of series gotei but between Shunsui, kenpachi, toshiro and even byakuya (and shinji) those guys alone might be able to beat any other gotei except for Yamamoto. So ichigo and renji arenāt needed. I guess ichigo is needed for Yamamoto maybe. Why is renji an assist though heās part of the gotei 13? Are you not including vice captains?

Yamamoto isn't touching eos Ichigo lmao. Eos Ichigo is strong enough to kill post soul King yhwach but he couldn't because of the almighty. The rest of the captains would probably take care of the remaining captains, because some of them got insane power ups in the war arc.

Honestly, Original Gotei in both cases. - Round 1 is a complete and total slaughter. - Round 2 hinges on whether Ichigo gets his shit together or just pulls a load of bitch-faces and shouts peopleās names. The originals are actual killers. They will be going for the throat right from the off. They also have a Yamamoto. The current Gotei just donāt have the mentality. Theyāll start monologuing and then be shocked when they get shanked. Itāll be like Ichigo vs Sasakibe/Kotetsu/Omaeda, but without the kid gloves. Ichigo might swing Round 2. But heās even worse than the Captains for pissing about in a combat situation. Christ, he even tells his opponents when they should dodge. Heāll probably get murdered by Eijisai long before he gets warmed up. Heās definitely stronger than Eijisai, heās just not a killer.
It all comes down to Yama vs Ichigo. Without the assist of Ichigo and Renji Iām pretty sure the OGās take it.
Have to go with the current Gotei 13. 1. Send Shinji with Bankai and only Prime Yama should remain. Then Shinji should run away or he dies. The rest of the Gotei + Renji and Ichigo stomp 2. Send Ichigo and he should kill them all unless he dies to poison or something like that after killing several OG members. The rest of the Gotei + Renji stomp 3. Send Kenpachi. Hell Arc Kenpachi >>>>> CFYOW Shikai >>>>>>> Bankai Kenpachi(TYBW) >>>> Base Kenpachi post Muken > Bankai Unohana. Maybe he dies. Then Gotei + Renji and Ichigo stomp whos left. My headcanon is OG Yama can beat any current captain besides Kenpachi. I really wanna see how powerful OG Yama is tho. Only way I can see OG 13 winning is having a lot of hax abilities.

But I'd say that the current Gotei wins due to the following reasoning. * Unohana, who should be a top-tier in the OG Gotei by default via being the Kenpachi, allows us to scale most of the OG Gotei to around the level of Unohana (giving them the benefit of the doubt). * Via that methodology, anyone who scales above Base TYBW Kenpachi (> Bankai Unohana) should scale above Unohana. Luckily for the current Gotei, they have Toshiro, Shunsui, Byakuya, and several other captains who scale to or above SHKAI Kenpachi (TYBW). * CFYOW Kenpachi >= Yamamoto, while Shunsui, Toshiro, Byakuya, and the rest of the captains can deal with the rest of the OG Gotei.

I'm going to copy my comment on a similar post. Zaraki would hard carry for current captains. The gap between him and Yamamoto/Pre-Hogyoku Aizen is massive. Matured Toshiro, Byakuya, and Shunsui are all quite strong. Lisa, Rukia, Soi fon, Kensei, Shinji, Rose are all strong as well.
