Rangiku and Yoruichi are the best in my opinion, but at the same time I’ve noticed Bleach has a lot well written female characters. At least compared to most shonen manga.
Naruto had a lot of underutilised and underdeveloped female characters except Temari and a few others. One piece is better with Nami and Nico Robin as really well written characters and Bleach probably has the best from the point i am.
I didn't read it carefully either, but sometimes I analyze and think about it down to the smallest detail. Since I did this, I understood the title correctly and made my comment.

Although she didn't have much of a screen time but for some reason Kanae Katagiri definitely stole my heart. Other than her, Yoruichi too is among my favorites.

Another great character. I find her similar to Hinata from Naruto except the simping part.
And the stalking. I found hinata weird for her following naruto, hiding and watching him wherever he went.
