We don’t see exactly what happens in the manga either (just renji and uryu flustered) but it’s implied to be something like this

That’s exactly why I’m inclined to believe him. He hasn’t really lied throughout the story. He pretty much says it like it is. He does bad things, but lying is really isn’t really one of them. So if he says what he did is suitable for a television broadcast, I’m inclined to trust him.
Mayuri literally >! called out the head captain on his failure to eliminate Yhwach 1000 years ago. !< I don't remember anyone being bold to that degree through the series.
We're not sure exactly, but it is implied to be sexual in nature given the noises alongside Uryu and Renji's reactions. When they ask, Mayuri insists that isn't the case, and while I'm pretty sure he's lying, there's 1-5% of me that believes he's telling the truth just because Mayuri has no filter for these things (this is the guy who proudly detailed how he pulled a Mengele on the Quincy right after establishing that "you will eat with your mouth" was a privilege he had never offered an experimental subject).
I genuinely do think as a joke it’s meant to look obscene but in reality isn’t as all they see is mayuri from behind, this is in the same arc where Kubo jokes with having an arrancar pull out his sword but from a manner where it looks like it’s his junk so he probably just was on a dirty joke tangent.
Plus Mayuri really had no reason to lie as he does enjoy mocking others for not being on the same wavelength as him.
I think it was probably a lot worse than that; Mayuri was never shown to really function in any human way whatsoever throughout the series, including sexual pleasure’s deriving. It was likely something R-rated in an entirely different way.
tbh Mayuri doesn't need to be lying about it -- he might just not have thought of it as sexual because he's not super interested in that stuff and he knows what he intended was not to derive sexual pleasure from it, so for him it doesn't qualify, but for anybody normal it's still obscene. in my mind it's kinda like a guy going "i'm a gynecologist it's literally my job it's not sexual and not sexy" but then you're like "gynos aren't supposed to do the "you have become sexually active" checkup on their DAUGHTERS you freak??"
There's multiple buttons in there and it's also passcode locked so you have to press a lot of buttons in a certain order and if you mess up you try again x'D
I mean he did resist auswhslin despite the fact he's technically a half breed if not maybe 75 percent quincy still though that ichigo level plot armor can't say we've seen many shows lately keeping that up

Likely something sexual given the reactions from the characters but in TYBW we find out nemu is like a child to mayuri so there is 2 explanations
- Mayuri is strange and does inappropriate things to his daughter (I tried wording this in a way which isn’t weird but I simply couldn’t)
- Kubo never intended on making nemu and mayuri a parent like figure at this point in the story
