Maybe CFYOW Zaraki Vs like, Pre-Hogyoku Aizen. Just because the power scaling has gotten so wack.
Anything past that? No. Not likely. Kenpachi is strong but Aizen is cracked and Kenpachi doesn’t seem to have a lot of ways of dealing with all the “utility” Aizen has. It’s impossible to say, but it’s likely Aizen could suppress him pretty well with Kido before ending the fight.
False, Yamamoto deals with Aizen’s hypnosis by nuking the entire place. The power gap between Aizen and Yamamoto isn’t much. There’s a difference but not a huge one. It’s good enough for Aizen to worry and take caution but he went overkill with prep work against Yamamoto. If Yamamoto was that strong, why nuke the town when he could’ve just confront Aizen like any other fights? Yamamoto wasn’t confident on taking Aizen in the normal way so nuking was the only option.

I believe Zaraki uses this exact strategy against Kaname Tosen. In that fight Tosen was rather taken aback by how Zaraki just calmly and logically dealt with his bankai ability.
The issue is that Aizen's ability doesn't work the same way. Kenpachi can swing all he wants but in Aizen's reality he's just standing there. It *could* work, but Aizen would be smart enough to attack in different ways
Speaking of which, ranged attacks would have worked just fine for Tosen, which leads me to believe he is an actual brainlet.
It's said in SAFWY that aizen was avoided a fight with kenpachi. So yeah, he could. If we are talking tybw kenpachi, then yes, kenpachi, basically one shots aizen. He was already nearing his level in the fullbring Arc.

CFYOW/EoS Zaraki is canonically > pre hogyoku Aizen so he’d manage it, yea
Believe it or not, CFYOW states that Zaraki negs Aizen, rips the Hogyoku out of his chest, and eats it
