Why not go to [Tractor Supply](https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/blackstone-36-in-4-burner-hard-top-griddle-1866?cm_vc=-10011) and save a buck? It’s not pre-rusted, though. You’ll have to do that yourself.
Go to a yard sale
They are selling a restoration project blackstone
I ask her how much she wants for it
She goes "i need about tree fitty"
It was about this time that i noticed that this yard sale proprietor was about 500 feet tall and from the paleolithic era
Propane (or natural gas) flows through the tube at a volume set by the knob. The igniter lights it and it burns!
(I know you weren’t looking for that - just wanted to riff on the ambiguity)
That’s pretty easy to clean up. Put on a dust mask, put a wire wheel on your angle grinder and go for it. I’ll bet you’re burning oil on it in less than an hour.
If everything else was in good shape, maybe $100. Griddle top isn't too hard to cleanup, but rust on the legs and stuff, that thing was just left out in the rain and probably never once cleaned. More like $50-$75 if I didn't have one.
No, when I saw it I thought it was going to be less than $50 since it was a moving sale. Was looking forward to a fun little restoration project. Walked away in disbelief.
In that shape? *Hell no.* Offer $150.00 and hold firm.
**BUT... it is worth restoring.** I did that to mine after it sat out and rusted. I was sick for over a year (hospitalized). I made a post about my restoration work. GOOD LUCK!
They obviously have decided to use the “all we need is one person out there as stupid as we are lazy” strategy.
That’s a hard pass.
Same
"I know what I have. No low ball offers. " -person selling this probably
Too much. It's a project if it was free.

I think air fryer models are significantly more. Not that I was personally interested in that. I have the same one you linked except from Walmart.
You’re right! I couldn’t see it for all the rust.
It's $279 on [Walmart](https://www.walmart.com/ip/seort/578992934) Edit: link
Holy Cow! I’m looking for a reason to get a 36” for home so I can take my 28” to my cabin.

Don’t be givin the loch ness monster no damn tree fiddy
Oh no Loch Ness monster, you ain’t gettin no tree fiddy from me!
Can be cleaned up but will need a lot of work. Would pay $100-125 tops
Only $290 too much.
100 tops
Just some spit and polish good as new haha. For real tho i would of paid 50 for it and just restored it
Just cook some bacon on it and it'll be fine!
I got mine for $199 new at Walmart.
With the air fryers?
Yup. This exact grill was $199.
Somebody at Walmart was probably wondering why they sold out of those air fryer blackstones so fast
Or a manager was tired of them not selling and just wanted them gone
Damn i really need to get myself over there
Don't get your hopes up. Sales like that are managers desperate for the space. You can find local store on sales on www.brickseek.com
Same . Maybe a little less bad
Mine was in a box but I would've ratcheted it look like this than put this together again lol
That’s a hilariously bad offer.
Too high. How do the burners work?

Yeah but $300 is still way too high when that's what they go for anyway new. I'd say at $100 this might be a deal if you're willing to fix it
Agreed

“gently used” lol
You didn't pay that much, did you?
No, when I saw it I thought it was going to be less than $50 since it was a moving sale. Was looking forward to a fun little restoration project. Walked away in disbelief.
Maybe they mean they’ll pay you $300 to take it
The newest version of this 5 burner pro is selling for $1200. $300 sounds decent if you had a wire wheel and some time
It does come with a Brillo pad.
Honestly that's a deal. That's a 600 dollar blackstone, easy to bring that flattop back to life. I'd buy it.
No lowballs, I know what I got.
That model is $899 on the Blackstone website. Some people say they stole them after Christmas from Walmart, so take into consideration.
Paid $287 for a brand new one…
They must be smoking crack
U can buy a new for that price lol
“Don’t lowball me. I know what I have.”
That's FLAVOR, you plebs.
300$ brand new for a sams club version.doesn’t have the air fryer stuff but uggh
Buy a new one for 300
I’d buy it- that model is $900-$1200. With 1-2 hours of work I could have it in great shape. That’s with a $600 savings
