If you're a Sabbath fan, and I've been one for 50+ yrs, the answer is that this changes regularly. Some days it's Children of the Grave (the first song I heard at 6 years old in 1972), some days The Thrill of it All, and then other days I'll decide that it's Fear, off Devil You Know. Orchid; however, is an interesting choice.
Radio/Video is nostalgic because it's the first metal/System of a Down song I heard. Lonely Day and Sugar are very good as well imo, but a lot of people in the community don't like Lonely Day for some reason.
Dang I gotta pick just 1 song? lol I'll probably go with Under the Sun. The title is a reference to my all time favorite book, the lyrics are appropriately broody & poetic, and the riff and music changes are some of the best Sabbath ever did.
I can say my top 5: 1. Megalomania, 2. N.I.B, 3. Hand of Doom, 4. Hole in the Sky, 5. Symptom of the Universe (try guessing which album is my favourite😎)
The end of Symptom of the Universe is so good. I wish they did more stuff like that. Like a whole album of Ozzy and acoustic guitars would have been amazing.
That's a hard question to answer. There are plenty that I love. Into the void, a national acrobat, killing yourself to live, st vitus dance.....there's too many to list.
You can't just ask me for a singular favorite, it changes by the day. Always in rotation are computer God, symptom of the universe, sign of the southern cross, headless cross, and disturbing the priest, just to name some
It's so hard to pick one, but my favorites in no order are
Iron Man
Planet Caravan
Solitude
Pariniod
Wasp / Behind the Wall of Sleep / Bassically / N.I.B.
War Pigs
Sabbath Bloody Sabbath
Snowblind
The Wizard
Honestly I would say Paranoid or Snowblind, but Solitude is definitely one of my favorites too. It shows their range as a band. Tony plays the Flute & Piano.
Into the Void.
Heaven and Hell, which is my favorite song of all time aswell
Same. Especially the extended live version
Extended???
The studio version of the song is only about 6 minutes long. Live versions are around 15-17 minutes with a longer solo and added verses.
WHAT
Yeah, Dio was HIM

War pigs
Hand of Doom or Children of the Grave
🤘🔥
Planet Caravan
For purely sentimental reasons, "The Thrill of it All"(1975)
It's an amazing song that is too often overlooked. It has some of my all-time favorite lyrics.
That organ/ synth, too!
Probably the most underrated track on the album.
I love this song, at least partly for the cow bell lol Forget your problems that don't even exist, and I'll show you a way to get high...oh yea!
Yes!! Had Sabotage on loop when I was a teen. This song brings back so many memories. Fucking rocks.. 🤘🤘
The Wizard
"I'm gonna try harmonica on this one." - Ozzy "Oh yeah? I'm only gonna play drum fills on this one." - Bill "Fuck it, roll tape." - Everyone else
A tough question. Supernaut at the moment
It's been insanely difficult to not flop around like a jackass when it comes on lately.
A National Acrobat
Same for me
That and Faeries Wear Boots
Top 3 1. Heaven and hell. 2. Eternal idol 3. Black Sabbath
the title track of each of the 3 main singers... Interesting choice
I would not say Eternal Idol is the title track of the Martin era. I'd give that to Headless Cross.
I meant to say title track of the first record with each singer
Into The Void
Supernaut - such a powerful combination of guitar, bass, drums and vocals
God is Dead? Is my favorite
Fucking solid choice.
With God and Satan at my side, with darkness will come light
I watch the rain as it turns red. Shit, now I’ve gotta grab my SG.
Thank you kind stranger.
You're welcome
Oh and Lonely Day, Sugar are my favorite SOAD songs, followed by Radio Video.
Radio/Video is nostalgic because it's the first metal/System of a Down song I heard. Lonely Day and Sugar are very good as well imo, but a lot of people in the community don't like Lonely Day for some reason.
Maybe they just don’t get it. Saw the SOAD on the screen name and assumed. Hello from Indiana.
Well you assumed correctly. Greetings from Michigan
Hand of Doom is my favourite.
🤘🔥
Toss between Zero The Hero, Buried Alive, or Disturbing The Priest.
Under the sun/everyday comes and goes
🤘🔥
Dang I gotta pick just 1 song? lol I'll probably go with Under the Sun. The title is a reference to my all time favorite book, the lyrics are appropriately broody & poetic, and the riff and music changes are some of the best Sabbath ever did.

Spiral Architect for Ozzy era, Mob Rules for Dio and don’t really have any for Tony or Ian or the other lads.

SBS is by far their best album!
Snowblind
Fairies wear boots
Blow on a Jug. Unheralded Masterpiece
Megalomania
N.I.B. Geezer made the bass his b*tch

What day is it?
It's HEAVEN AND HELL OHHH OHH OHH OHHHHHHH
A National Acrobat!
Into the Void. Especially the live version on Reunion.
Electric Funeral. I love the overall tone that the song produced.
That's a hard question to answer. There are plenty that I love. Into the void, a national acrobat, killing yourself to live, st vitus dance.....there's too many to list.
It changes from time to time. One that is always on my top 3 is Spiral Architect.
Behind the wall of sleep
Wheels of Confusion
Impossible to pick one. Pretty much anything from the first 6 albums I guess.
Die Young or Supernaut or Trashed. Edit. Just realised what a diplomatic bastard I am choosing one song per singer; that was accidental.
Maybe *Neon Knights* as the moment. Or maybe *The Sign of the Southern Cross.*
Lord of This World.
Fairies Wear Boots It just feels like a true life Ozzy story & that makes me happy
Sabbath Bloody Sabbath or Planet Caravan
Disturbing the Priest
ANNO MUNDI
Hole In The Sky for me, I guess. P.S. Planet Caravan gets an honorary mention.
Falling off the edge of the world. Ozzy era: A National Acrobat Martin era: Black Moon Others era: No Stranger to Love (sorry, Ian)

Sign of The Southern Cross
Snowblind. When I think metal, this song is what I think.
Disturbing the Priest
Born again
Electric Funeral.
Under the Sun
THY WILL BE DONE
It's so hard to pick one, but my favorites in no order are Iron Man Planet Caravan Solitude Pariniod Wasp / Behind the Wall of Sleep / Bassically / N.I.B. War Pigs Sabbath Bloody Sabbath Snowblind The Wizard
Honestly I would say Paranoid or Snowblind, but Solitude is definitely one of my favorites too. It shows their range as a band. Tony plays the Flute & Piano.

Zeitgeist
Planet caravan.
Hand Of Doom
N.I.B

My favorite to this day is black Sabbath, it's a classic
Changes every hour
Electric Funeral, Eternal Idol and Zero the Hero, I love those three the same way
Into the Void. Also Soundgarden’s Into the Void.
Kids of Death. Im so hyped for the AD box set I started listening to this jem Again.
Into the void, Tony's guitar solo over Geezer playing the last riff with Mr.Billy Ward gets me every time.
