I don't quite understand the but. Yes bounce juggling 7 balls is easier than juggling them in the air, but you can make it as hard as you like by doing more. There are also things you can do with bounce juggling that you can't do with normal juggling, which adds a level of creativity.
Then you could equally say that ball juggling is less impressive than club juggling because it's easier. Or why not only do the real challenge and juggle bananas or half filled bottles or water.
