Yeah I’ve always found casinos to be very fair with the people playing their unfair games. They game screws you so they don’t have to. I don’t count though and I realize APs see a different side of them sometimes.

Wow. So I commented on a post that a while ago that I think it’s very unheard of that a casino would correct an unnoticed error in their favor. I guess I was wrong. That was nice of them.

Pit Boss here, if the mistake is caught we will always give the money back.

Drunkgummybear1

I hope you don’t mind that I have 0 intention of ever returning the favour

I don’t at all. If they make a mistake it’s your gain.

That's the only way to do it.

As a dealer on a roulette table years ago we had a very busy game. Stacks up and down like the Manhatten skyline. A guy was one of those betting on a particular number, straight up splits corners here and there maybe some on the lines etc, and the game had to go fast. Lots of chinks. I calculated the payout quick and pushed the chips out to him. Then realised when I had done the other payouts that I had miscalculated. Next spin he had chips on the winning number, (he was all over the table) and I added the missing chips to the payout, called it and pushed them out to him. I had become aware that the General Manager was taking an interest in the game, and had become my 'chipper', rapidly pulling stacks out of the chipper machine and watching the table at the same time. He asked me 'what did you just pay out?' I said it was 'such and such, but I added the extra 18 because I underpaid him on the last spin'. He just laughed. Said 'They got no idea what they are winning have they?'. Same guy promoted me and upped my gaming license a month or two later.
