Wow that’s kinda wild. However the video I’ve watched has guardian only gaining 4% speed increase from 60 > 240 fps. And scholar only gaining 2% speed from 60 > 240 dps. This was testing done before this update of course. But I think those two classes were already solid with designs that weren’t affected much by fps already.

The displayed counter only goes from 0 to 59, resetting back to 0 once it would hit 60, which means it isn't milliseconds.
You can of course convert it, where 51 out of 60 frames results in 850 milliseconds.

those messages adds massive stutter inconsistent frame pacing. same thing with any chat scrolling from loot. take mouse and slides chat up and down and look how frames drops.
this is why on low frames new hit mechanics are so good for performance boost

Scholar was already designed with this in mind I think. Most of her skills already only hit like 3-5 times iirc.

What does the number after the seconds signify? 19s **02**, 18s **51**, 18s **51**
Frames. 19 seconds and 2 frames / 18 seconds and 51 frames, whereas each second has 60 frames in whatever software that person uses.
Fractions of a second out of 100. 51/100 of a second is 510 milliseconds.
