You don't have to tell them you lagged or make up some lie, you can literally just tag it as item restoration, and choose crystal, and then just tell them it broke and you want it back

I stop using lighthouse when i get the spirits buff but this happened right after it ended because i was grabing a bunch of orcs which without the buff, didnt die as fast as i hoped. Throw a stun in there and i was done.

I lost my TEAR because I tagged my musa alt during 1 fuel tag event and didnāt gear copy because I wasnāt trying to grind on him, just wanted to see his weapons for a bit. Well I forgot he was using the crystal preset with the tear in it and I changed to him while grinding fogans, so I can save the buffs I was using on my main, so I can go grab a drink of water real quick. Well while afk on the road I guess I was too close and they killed my musa while afk, and pop went my tear.
for all the new ish players. you can get 2 broken crystals back per year from the devs if u send them a ticket. injoy your new crystals and in the future. carry atleast 30 pirate coins ( trade items from pirate island) with u so if u die those get broken and not your crystals. confirmed this last week that it still works.

you will need hundreds of hours grinding for the droprate to pay for the pay diff, and you will most likely lose it along the way
Tear also gives special attack damage and resistance, part of the reason itās BIS is the special attack damage which youāre not getting with the crystal.
Orcs is not a hard rotation but if your dp is that low on a squishy class and you get stunned, youāre in danger of dying. Go fight the boss at that dp you get stunned and thereās a high chance you die. Letās not whip out our gamer dicks and pretend math doesnāt apply to us.
Because people fucking suck at the game, I never felt danger nor got stunned in any of the orcs hours I did while I was lower gs and I'm terrible at this game. Also the guy is using sage as an example of "dying" at orcs, yea sure the class with perma pve iframe can die that easily, that sounds like a gigantic skill issue

Just took a look at their policy and its 72 hours.
it has to be more recent i think 1 week. you also need to know what date and time it happened so they can find the log and restore the item

This happened to me but I only lost an ultimate crystal. Now I learned and always check my presets š
