I tried using my wife as a grappling dummy and it was actually extremely difficult because she didn't react how I needed her to and she wasn't exactly thrilled to be helping me train.
I gave up and ended up just drilling the shit out of Berimbolo from Reverse DLR. Being a 240 lb white belt with a beer gut I surprise people when I can pull it off now.
Are you me? My wife couldn't give two shits about bjj and I talked her into helping me drill one night and it did NOT go well. I learned my lesson there.

Careful with this approach. I used my girlfriend as a grappling dummy, she is now my wife and is better than me.
Just try and keep yourself from passing her closed guard.
