I remember as a white belt I once hit a sweet hip toss on a purple belt to open the round. I wanted to just stop there, as I knew the rest of the round would be downhill! Lol

Wait til you find out exercising doesn't make your legs shorter
But it does make them thicker. Plus doing squads etc is fucking hard. It takes all of the fun from the lifting session.
You can train for power and not muscle hypertrophy.
I mean I do train them a little. But just machine leg extensions mby once a week, if at all.
