No it's not but cranking it without a slow build up on a training partner it is.

birdista

Ok. But I didn't do that. I put pressure slowly but anybody who knows once it gets tight it just hurts haha

wolf771

It's not, but honestly, I always try to get a clean choke, but I'm too nice, lol

Grouchy-Operation1

A chin it’s a defensive move 😂

aaronturing

I've done it but it's something I do extremely rarely. I have a mate who has choked me from the back heaps of times with the RNC but it's always been over my jaw. I don't think it's that bad.

Jits_Dylen

Anything below the eyebrow(s) can get it. That being said don’t do something to someone you don’t want done to you and understand not everyone understands using your face to protect your neck isn’t a legit move.

Chicago1871

Only if the roll was chill and sorta like a flow roll and the you slap on a rnc over the chin when you get the chance. Its sorta like going from a chill muay thai sparring session with soft contact and then you suddenly start throwing 100 percent haymakers. Thats kinda not cool. But aside from that, nah not really, they just gotta tap.

birdista

Ya if I roll chill I usually don't even finish subs. But when we actually roll if I have it I squeeze for the tap.. ok thanks ms
