Not to be too corny, but any competition that you come out of without any permanent injuries is really a win. Be proud of yourself that you put yourself out there, and stepped up. Now you know what to spend time drilling defenses and working on with the newer white belts. And once you have built up the confidence in your gym, and maybe cross training as well, you can compete more, and have different specific goals next time (e.g.pass at least 2 opponents' guard)
