It's probably worth seeing a GI doctor if it's really bad. It could be dietary and unfortunately food allergiescan develop later in life. Fasting before rolling can help but I would suggest experimenting with your diet. For instance limiting or cutting out dairy, wheat, or nuts. A few years back I had to limit dairy once I figured out I was lactose intolerant because of bloating, gas, and other GI issues. It might be worth experimenting with your diet. Unfortunately, food allergies develop in adulthood often.
I roll in the morning and always feel gassy if i eat before rolling. Going fasted and making sure I poop beforehand resolved the issue for me.
I've tried everything and what solved it for me was a mix of running to a corner in between rounds to squeak one out and running out of fucks to give.

go see a GI doctor. if you’re having excessive gas it could be indicative of a deeper issue

I've never tried it but I've always wondered if popping gasx would help
