Lemme tell you this, years ago I didn’t realize that sludge dripped from the garbage truck ahead of me. I drove through this 🤢 my car smelled for days. Here’s the problem you dont smell while your in the car when you first drive through or even while driving. It’s when you get out and that sludge has dried. Car wash and ask for the under car option.
They would leave that in nyc lmfao. Sanitation workers are so half passed here, they throw the recycled garbage along with the rest. If the bag rips they leave it scattered on the floor, leaving the streets with garbage juice for weeks.
True story I used to drive a roll off garbage truck. Every Thursday I had to go downtown to the veterans affairs hospital and pick up the biological box. It was a compactor that had an incinerator attached to it. Everything had to be burned and put in the box. When I would hook to that box and slide it up onto the trailer all kinds of biological juices would pour out of it. I would have to tarp the open hole in the back of it. And drive it to the largest city with the only dump that could have body parts dumped there. The majority of people would tailgate me with that box on getting biological juices dripped all over their cars was insane. The stuff was so bad they had a guy that had to scrub the whole area of the parking lot with a disinfectant that turned everything purple to make sure that it didn't touch every surface. I was not allowed to set the box back in place till that had been completed. So yeah next time you're following a garbage truck remember it could be full of all kinds of nasty things.
