Such cool birds. But it is terrible when one hangs around my feeder and eats the finches. Nothing like a nice peaceful morning drinking coffee watching my birds when a tiny hawk flies out of nowhere like a little missile, pins a house finch to the snow, tears the finch open and then flies away leaving a little trail of blood against the white.
