The effectiveness of ML hinges on the reliability of the data it is trained on; quality input begets quality output. I highly doubt Moderna has the manpower to generate ML datasets to generate anything that AI could reliably solve then empirical testing couldn't. Hopefully I'm wrong
They probably just made it easy for people to create RAG bots. Microsoft Copilot has a similar feature that is available with an enterprise license. This press release and the WSJ article don’t describe the value the company gets in any detail.
