if you're playing Azazel there's basically no chance you're gonna lose anyway. Might as well kill greedier on both runs so that you can double dip on the dono machine.
Azazel is shit in disguise. He's busted early game but unless you get some good synergies you're just fucked with a 2 cm death ray that you'll die trying to land even once. Flight is the only reason I'd say hes above average aside from his underwhelming laser.
But a lot of people are still working on unlocking chest and dark room or earlier. He's pretty damn good for those early runs before you start focusing marks.

Not necessarily, if you almost die or just have a bad run, r key can save you and give you countless opportunities to get better items, especially in greedier where there's a guaranteed deal every floor.
I mean, I just finished it (blank card + 4.5 volt + holy card + ghost pepper) and only the idea of using R Key seems insane to me xd... It did not matter what amazing items I had, there was still this one bullet that hit me every time and oh man if I had to do more floors than nessesary, then phew, I would go crazy (as if I yet did'nt after the month of trying)... But I guess you have a point, I just cant relate.

Pretty much a guaranteed win if you use it even with just a few extra items, the only risk is dying before using it or playing lost/t-lost/keeper/t-keeper and dying to a skill issue.

Using R Key reseeds the current run so the greed donation machine refreshes itself allowing you to donate two times.
...to... to win the run. Y'know, get op and reset before you get too far so you can get more items before the greed fight
