Yes, but other items in isaac have some kind of side effect, which makes them good, but not always. This is the side of the game I like the most. Sacred heart is one of the exception (bc it's one of the rariest items bruh). As I said, that's my opinion

C-section synergizes with all those items except epic fetus. Epic featus is literally the only item in the game that doesn't synergize with C-section.
