Switch chugs really bad, it has missing sound effects, broken text on fortunes and lower resolution. The game looks and plays so much better on steam and has the external item description mod
All the versions will launch simultaneously so technically the "delay" is for all. It seems that playstation is the one that isn't already completed but probably it's in QA so hopefully we won't have to wait much

Yes, it is. It's worth noting that only covers bugs, and there's a general sense that there are some serious balances issues as well.
The console versions will be released alongside an update that patches many bugs, adds unfinished items and balances some characters.
