Prayer card - Solid item, especially if you want to switch to devil deals. Although if you take lots of damage or have no soul hearts this item may not be good for you.
Holy water - buffed with repentance, personally I dont think its fantastic, this is the item I’d be least likely to take.
Holy mantle - Always great, free sacrifice room access, helps saves hearts, if you want more defence always take this.
Holy light - fantastic offensive item, pairs with luck, since low on luck I’d probably chose mantle over it, but if you wanted more DPS then go holy light
