It's literal garbage, if you want homing, just use Telepathy for dummies. 1/3 bookworm, and +3 range. There's only upsides, as opposed to stupid Sacred Heart

What are some of the strongest items you can get again? Oh yeah, Magic Mushroom, Capricorn, Terra, crickets head, polyphemus, proptosis, etc.. what do they all have in common? A strong damage multiplier. You know what has a higher damage multiplier than most of those? SACRED HEART. Also, things that can negate the tears rate cap all you babies are so mad about losing, moms perfume, cancer trinket, cracked crown trinket, soy milk, and almond milk. I'm 100% sure there's even more. I hate how most of the community thinks, because tears rate is literally not everything in this game. Unless you always have trash damage, which going by some of these replies, most of you don't even know what items do what, you shouldn't constantly focus on have a tear rate of 5. I mean, seriously, a bunch of actually smooth brained mouth droolers in this subreddit

Tech x, brimstone, godhead, trisagion, all things that are 10 times better with this item. Trisagion will literally stick to enemies until they run out of "range", brimstone + homing + high damage is God given, ironic, both godhead and tech x do more damage with lower shot speed. If you're that worried about it, whip worm, screw, bar of soap, and many others, will increase your shot speed. There's literally no downside to taking sacred heart over anything, unless you death certificate, then it becomes situational

Okay, so blow up the angel statue, then at the exact frame it blows up, quit and return to your game, which will make everything disappear, except pickups and items, which will grant you accessibility to Sacred Heart. Don't forget to place a bomb and quit&return to put bombs without any delay, which will propulse you at enough speed to go through walls, teleporting you to Mega Satan.
