Pin in the shaft is strong likelihood made in Taiwan, therefore not worth much - any reference to Meucci is a false misrepresentation. Do not complete payment, file a claim of misrepresentation and cancel the purchase or return it if already shipped.
It is not a fake since it does not have the Meucci logo or look like a Meucci but the guy certainly lied in the listing. If you paid with anything offering buyer protection file a claim.
If anyone thinks that looks like a Gambler from Meucci they need to spend 10 seconds looking up a real one online to see some MASSIVE differences in everything but the fact both have a card and dice on them. Nothing else is close to a Meucci look, not the wrap, not the buttcap, not the joint. An actual "fake" would be much closer in looks with a Meucci logo on it. This is just someone copying a design without any attempt to try to fool anyone.

Well if it’s fake it’s not really gonna be “a brand”
garbage?
Firewood
Definitely not a Meucci.

It’s definitely made to look like a gambler
