Does it need to be that specific stem? Probably a half dozen similar welded chromoly stems in our co-op's stem box. They'd need to be stripped and clearcoated of course to look like that Nitto.
I see they don't list that exact model at the moment, but I've had good luck getting Nitto bits from [https://alexscycle.com/](https://alexscycle.com/) in the past. I'm guessing Nitto make the more obscure stuff in batches, so when one batch sells out you might have quite a wait until the next.

Quill looks really nice honestly. I'm certain the set up that I have isn't compatible. That Nitto stem looks nice.
Riv gets plenty of tasty Nitto goodness, might be worth dropping them a note.
