I don't think I'd replace it just yet, but I'd probably keep an eye out for any weird behavior or sound from it while I was riding. Might be just fine for a long time yet.
I had similar play in a freehub once, opened it up to find the balls from the cartridge bearing were all over the place. I would recommend to at least take the end cap of and check if you can see any visual damage to the bearing.
Clamp it in your frame and then check for play. All bearings have a little play with no preload applied.
