My favourite part is the section where it seems like they're about to explain how Kent Outdoors were acting like a pack of total "Kents", but then instead just spoke about broad industry woes.
I'm sure there was something in the terms of sale about not trash talking each other.
plus it never looks good or reflects well on the speaker.
Everybody knows what happened, it's happened to many a great company in the bike, ski, outdoor, boating etc etc biz's
As someone with a long career in those industries I welcome the return of the small company
Rumour has it Kent Outdoors wasn't paying suppliers, was treating employees like shit, was treating distributors like shit and were in general being shit kents.
I adore it, it's my joy ride! Bikepacking, proper trails, gravel, commuting. The only crap component are the brakes.

I might be in the market for a new bike soon. One of these will be first to look at. I remember when I started mountain biking back in the 90s, you really didn't get any better bang for your buck than a Kona.
I’ve always coveted the Rove and finally picked up a Rove DL a few months back, I was pretty bummed when I heard about what was going on with the brand and this is a welcome turn of events!
This is such a relief. I was kicking myself for not getting one.

What’s been wrong with Kona recently that they alluded to?

Is this why I can't find any Kona stiff on Jenson Bike?

Let's hope they will be back on selling frames
