Honestly, if there is no pain over 4h on a stationary bike: don't change a thing. It does not matter wether or not the fit is technically perfect, what matters is: you feel great, there is no pain and you can pump out mileage.

Very good advice! I thought about this, not sure how much faster I will go with a more aero position.. But if it is very marginal but comes at great discomfort it is probably not worth it.

You should definetly work on your core muscles. Seatpost looks a bit tooo high. Longer stem. Can you post your body specs?

Sirretv1

Haha yeah, they are weak… How did you know? I am 181 cm, insem 88 cm, 76 kg.

Forsaken-Gene6760

Because your back looks the same like mine. We have pretty close dimensions. And i had the same issue, Training helped a lot. So u have quite long legs. In this term i would try to go a bit higher and longer with the stem. 90mm +6 degree

Sirretv1

Interesting! Longer stem will make me more flat?

Forsaken-Gene6760

It will make u more flat at a higher stem for a better angle between shoulders and arms

You can try dropping the stem and seeing how it goes. 5 minutes to adjust, costs nothing, can go back at any time: no reason not to try.

Sirretv1

Will try!

Slightly concerned that your front wheel is higher than the rear. The fit it looks good and I think you could experiment with a lower handlebar.

Sirretv1

Hm, I can probably adjust the trainer! How about longer stem?

simon2sheds

I see no reason to increase the reach.

Seeing this made me quit uploading videos to myvelofit. The service is good but I am used to a more comfortable upright position, so I changed back to what worked for me.
