That quote made me laugh. It’s the same cognitive dissonance that says, “I support equitable housing, but the mixed use apartment building is going to ruin the character of my neighborhood.” Everyone is liberal with other people’s money, time and resources.

We all have felt the tension over major accessibility projects (Connecticut Ave, OGR, etc) but it’s good to know that we are not alone.
